open a new image 600 by 600
make sure you put everything on its on layer because we will go back to them.
1. load from disk feather 1 flood fill with color #766456
go to eyecandy fur use these setting
wave 56
waviness 67
hair lenght 74
shininess 10
go to color adjust brighteness/contrast
brightness 35
contrast 22
2. Load from disk feather 2. same
3. load from disk feather 3 same
4. load from disk feather 4 same
now click on feather 1 duplicate. go to slections select all float and go to modify expand by 6 flood file with white. call feather 1 b move under feather 1
click on feather 2 duplicate name feather 2b same prodcure only we are changing the color to #800000 then make sure you move it under feather 2
click on feather 3 duplicate name it feather 3b same procedure but change color to #3A4960 . make sure you move this layer under feather 3
click on feather 4 dupicate and name feather 4a do same produce as in feather 1 using white as your color. make sure you move it under feather 4
4.load from disk wing back flood fill with color #766456
use the same eyecandy 3 fur make sure u you lighten

If you have eyecandy 4 go to fur useing these setting

draw only inside selection check
5.load from disk feet flood fill with color #CE926A go to slecttion fload to effects cutout use these setting

use a second cuteout using minus 2
6.load from disk body flood fill with color #766456
use the the eyecandy3 fur
Opptions eyecandy 4
same setting only change direction to 90
7 load from disk wing front #766456 use same eyecandy 3 or eyecandy 4 fur but change directions to 248
8. load from disk head flood fill with color #BC8D64 float same cutout as feet
9.load from disk beard flood fill with color #800000 use same cutout but change color to black only one cutout
10. load from disk beak under flood fill with color #80000 same cutout only one
11. load from disk beak flood fill with color #CE926A flood same cutout but change color #745848 do both cutout with the minus 2
12.load from disk eye 1 flood fill with white deslect
13. load from dick eye 2 flood fill with back use inner bevel round
14 . click on feather 1

do a drop shadow using these setting

blur 25 color black
load from disk details flood fill color black use a gaussian blue of 5. go use eyecandy3 jiggle setting
brown motion
bubble size 14
wrap amount 9
twist 26
get your draw tool size 4 color black draw mark on his body, use same blur and jiggle
merge all layers and position him in the middle go to resize all layers at 80%. save him as a tub
