1. Start by opening a new image 500 by 500

2. Load from disk "pole" flood fill with your favorite wood.
I used java light wood. Go to Effects > Inner Bevel and use the "Round" preset,
but change width to 5. Deselect.

3.Load from disk "pole hand". Finish the same as the pole.

4.Load from disk "shirt". Open the red check pattern. Flood fill the selection
with the pattern. Go to Effects > Cutout and use these settings.
vertical 2
horizontal 2
opacity 50
blue 12.5
color dark red
Do another cutout using -2 for the vertical and horizontal.

5. Load from disk "shirtband" and flood fill with color #C00000 (red).
Go to effects > drop shadow and use these setting
vertical 2
horizontal 2
opacity 54
blur 8.6
color black

6. Load from disk "scarf".
flood fill with C00000 and use same drop shadow as above.

7. Load from disk "buttons". Flood fill with white use inner bevel "round".

8. Load from disk "pants". Flood fill with #52547F. Go to selection > float.
Use the same cutout as the shirt, but change the color to black. Deselect.

9.Load from disk "pant detail". Flood fill with color #212445.
go to effects > blur > gaussian blur > 6.00.

10. load from disk "suspender". Flood fill with color #52547f.
go to effects > blinds and use these settings
width 6
opacity 15
horizonal check
color 000080

11. Load from disk "suspender buckle". Flood fill with the metallic gradient.
Go effects > drow shadow and use same settings as in number 5.

12. Load from disk "pocket handkerchief". Flood fill with the red check pattern.
Use the same drop shadow.

13. Load from disk "pocket" and flood fill with color #52547F.
Go to selection > float. Apply a cutout. Use the settings that we used
for the shirt, but change color to black.

14. Load from disk "head". Flood fill with color #F4F4DE go to float cutout
same setting don't forget the second cutout with the minus

15. Load from disk "hair". Flood fill with color #D6C585
Go to Eyecandy 3 and use fur setting "twisty blue".
Repeat for the hands and feet.

16. Load from disk "eyes". Flood fill with black. Go to
effects > inner bevel and use the "round" preset.

17.Load from disk "nose". Flood fill with color #AD651A.
Use the same drop shadow.

18.Load from disk "mouth". Flood fill with black and deselect.

19.Load fron disk "hat". Flood fill with the hat fill and use the same cutout.

20.load from disk "hat band". Flood fill it with the red check pattern.
Go to selections > float and apply a cutout using these setting

And- you are done!
I put a black bird psp file in the supplies zip,
or you can use or use another bird tube you might have.

Now you can tube youe scarecrow.
