Open the canvas
Click on the boot layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- boot-
flood fill with black and go to selection,inter bevel use round preset but change width to 5 deselect .
Click on the pant layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel-pant- flood fill with color # 5 invert go to cutout use these settings

Click on the right hand layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- right hand-
flood fill with #2 use the same cutout but change the cutout color #1
Click on the right sleeve right layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- sleeve right- flood fill with #4 float cutout use these settings

Click on the neck right layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- neck- flood fill with white same cutout as hand

click on the collar , go to selection- load from alpha channel- collar- flood fill with white go to selection float then invert , effect drop shadow use these settings

Click on the right coat layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- right coat- flood fill with #4 float . invert cutout use same settings as sleeve

Do the same for left cuff
Click on the epilet layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- epilet- flood fill with #3 float invert drop shadow same cutout as belt
Click on the pant stripe, go to selection- load from alpha channel- pant stripe-
flood fill with white deselect
Click on the epilet stripe layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- epilet stripes- flood fill with white
deselect
Click on the head layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- head-
flood fill with #2 use the same cutout but change the opacity to 100 and cutout color #1
Click on the face layer position it
Click on the hair layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- hair-
flood fill with black or color of your choice
Click on the button layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- button-
flood fill with white. go to effect inter bevel use the round present but change the width to 5
