This is just my version of an angel you are welcome to change anything you like.
Click on the wings layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->wings
Flood fill with the wing tile .
Get your smudge tool and use these setting
shape round
size 40
hardness 50
opacity 15
step 10
density 42
or you can use your favorite smudge settings
and smudge the wing in a downward motion
Click on the hair layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->hair
Flood fill with color black or your preference
use your smudge tool same setting and smudge the hair until you like it
Click on the neck layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->neck
Flood fill with color #CCB28E
go to section float-> effect cutout use these setting
vertical and horizontal 1
opacity 78
blur 22.5
color #C4A07A
Click on the head layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->head
Flood fill with #CCB28E
same cutout as neck
Click on the skirt bottom layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->skirt bottom
Flood fill with the tile 3 50 % angel 0
Click on the middle skirt layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel-> middle skirt
Flood fill with the tile 2 100 % angel 0
Click on the outer skirt layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel-> outer skirt
Flood fill with the tile 3 50 % angel 0
Click on the outer trim layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->trim
Flood fill with the tile 1 100 % angel 0
Click on the bodic layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->bodic
Flood fill with the tile 3 at 50 % angel 0
Click on the hands layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->hands
Flood fill with color #CCB28E
go to section float-> effect cutout use these setting
vertical and horizontal 1
opacity 78
blur 22.5
color #C4A07A
Click on the bottom sleeves layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->bottom sleeves
Flood fill with the tile 1 100 % angel 0
Click on the hat layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->hat
Flood fill with tile 2 100% angel 0
Click on the bang layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->bang
Flood fill with the black
Click on the middle sleeves layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel-> middle sleeves
Flood fill with tile 2
Click on the top sleeves layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel-> top sleeves
Flood fill with tile 1 100 % angel 0
Click on the bottom collar layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel-> bottom collar
Flood fill with tile 2 100 & angel 0
Click on the top collar layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->top collar
Flood fill with tile 1 50 % angel 0
Now uncheck the rest of the layers, you can make your own face etc. :o)
You are done , now merge all layer visible
