Click on the hair layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->hair
Flood fill with color #400000 deselect
Click on the cape back layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->cape back
Flood fill with color black deselect
Click on the cape front layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->cape front
Flood fill with color #800000 Go to effect-> texture effect-> blinds
and use these settings
width 8
opacity 20
color black
horizonal check
deselect
Click on the neck layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->neck
Flood fill with color #C0FFC0 go to selection float > effect > cutout
and use these settings
vertical and horizonal 1
opacity 78
blue 22.5
color #439F47 deselect
Click on the head layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->head
Flood fill with color #C0FFC0 go to selection float > effect >
cutout and use these settings
vertical and horizonal 1
opacity 78
blue 22.5
color #439F47 deselect
Click on the bang layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->bang
Flood fill with color #400000 deselect
Click on the leg layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->leg
Flood fill with color #C0FFC0 go to selection float > effect > cutout
and use these settings
vertical and horizonal 1
opacity 78
blue 22.5
color #439F47 deselect
Click on the legs stripes layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->legs stripes
Flood fill with color #800000 deselect
uncheck your broom layer
Click on the hat layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel-> hat
Flood fill with color black deselect
Click on the hat band layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel-> hat band
Flood fill with color #800000 deselect
Click on the dress layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->dress
Flood fill with color black deselect
Click on the belt layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->belt
Flood fill with color #800000 deselect
Click on the hands layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->hands
Flood fill with color #C0FFC0 go to selection float > effect > cutout
and use these settings
vertical and horizonal 1
opacity 78
blue 22.5
color #439F47 deselect
Click on the sleeves layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->sleeves
Flood fill with color black deselect
Click on the dress collar layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->dress collar
Flood fill with color #800000 deselect
Click on the shoes layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->shoes
Flood fill with color black -> float -> effect-> inner bevel
and use the round presets but change the witdth to 10 deselect
Click on the fingernails layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->fingernails
Flood fill with color #400000 deselect
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->hat buckle
Flood fill with metallic gradient -> float -> effect-> inner bevel
and use the metallic presets but change the width to 10 deselect
Click on the shoes buckle layer.
Go to selection->load from alpha channel->shoes buckle
Flood fill with metallic gradient -> float -> effect-> inner bevel
and use the metallic presets but change the width to 10 deselect
Uncheck the face layer
When you are happy with the flying witch merge all layer visible
