You need the plug in eyecandy 3 for her hair

Click on the shoes layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- shoes- flood fill with color blue satin fill .

go to selection float>effect > cutout and use these settings

 vertical 1, horizontal 1 , opacity 100 , blur 20 color #000080 deselect.

Click on the body layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- body - flood fill with color #D2B692, use the same cutout but change the color to #AA875E deselect.

Click on the straps layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- straps - flood fill with white satin fill same cutout but change color to #C0C0C0 deselect.

Click on the head layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- head - flood fill with color #D2B692, use the same cutout but change the color to #AA875E deselect.

Click on the buckles layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- buckles - flood fill with white satin fill same cutout but change color to #C0C0C0 deselect.

uncover your face layer or you can make your own

Click on the back hair layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- back hair  - flood fill with color #785C3A > go to effect> plug in> eyecandy 3 fur and use these settings> wave spacing 19, waviness 8, hair length 94, shininess 36 deselect.

do the same producer for the bang and top hair

Click on the right sleeve layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- right sleeve- flood fill with color blue satin fill .go to selection float>effect > cutout and use these settings vertical 1, horizontal 1 , opacity 100 , blur 20 color #000080 deselect.

do the same procedure for left sleeve

Click on the sleeve shadows layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- sleeves shadow- flood fill with color #000040 or you can use your spray can make a nicer shadow. deselect. go to effect> blur> gaussian blur use 3 deselect.

Click on the top layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- top - flood fill with white satin fill same cutout but change color to #C0C0C0 deselect. move this layer down below the right sleeve

Click on the flower deco layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- flower deco- flood fill with color blue satin fill .deselect.

Click on the skirt layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- skirt- flood fill with color blue satin fill .go to selection float>effect > cutout and use these settings vertical 1, horizontal 1 , opacity 100 , blur 20 color #000080 deselect.

Click on the bottom ruffle, go to selection- load from alpha channel- bottom ruffle- flood fill with color white satin fill .go to selection float>effect > cutout and use these settings vertical 1, horizontal 1 , opacity 100 , blur 20 color #C0C0C0 deselect. now go to your layer and turn the opacity to 80 %

Click on the bottom ruffle 2, go to selection- load from alpha channel- bottom ruffle 2- flood fill with color blue satin fill .go to selection float>effect > cutout and use these settings vertical 1, horizontal 1 , opacity 100 , blur 20 color #000040 deselect go to your layer and turn the opacity to 80 %

Click on the bottom ruffle 3, go to selection- load from alpha channel- bottom ruffle 3- flood fill with color white satin fill .go to selection float>effect > cutout and use these settings vertical 1, horizontal 1 , opacity 100 , blur 20 color #C0C0C0 deselect.now go to your layer and turn the opacity to 80 %

Click on the belt, go to selection- load from alpha channel- belt- flood fill with color white satin fill go to selection float>effect > cutout and use these settings vertical 1, horizontal 1 , opacity 100 , blur 20 color #C0C0C0 deselect.

Click on the skirt shadows layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- skirt shadow- flood fill with white satin fill or you can use your spray can. make a nicer shadow. deslecte. go to effect> blur> gaussian blur use 5 deselect.

Click on the left bow  layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- left bow- flood fill with white satin  deslecte.

Click on the right bow  layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- right bow- flood fill with white satin  deslecte.

Click on the  bow  layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel-  bow- flood fill with blue satin  deselect.

Click on the  body shadow  layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- body shadow- flood fill with color #AA875E deselect. go to effect> blur> gaussian blur use 5 deselect. 

now we need to do some adjustments go to the right sleeve and pull that down a little> then click on the belt and pull that up

click on your skirt shadow layer and add a layer and call it hair band < get your draw tool size 4 beziet curve and use the blue fill and make her a band, now adjust the 2 bows

we are done . Merge all layers visible and resize all layer 80% then go to sharpen
