It uses selections. You may download the zip- file for the selections here

There are also several fills. You can get those here
Save those to your supplies folder and open them as you need them.

Save the selections to your selections folder in PSP.

If you need a little refresher course to learn how to work with selections, this is the place to go!

I put everything on it's own layer . It's much easier to fix in case you mess up.

Start by opening a new image transparent 500 by 500.

The procedure will be load from disk.

Flood fill with fill color then float.

Make a cutout using these settings.
vertical=2 horizontal=2 opacity=40 blur=20 then -2 for vert. & horiz. and deselect.
I used Black for the shadow color

Then Eyecandy 3 jiggle and Brownian motion.
use these setting bubble 9 wrap 9 twist 77

Okay- let's get started!

1. Make a new layer. Call it legs & feet.
Load from disk "legs&feet". Flood fill it with the bunny pattern file.
Go to float and apply the cutout cutout using the settings above.
Apply EyeCandy.

2. Load from disk tail. Finish each individual piece as above.

3. Load from disk body

4. load from disk face

5. Load from disk ears

6. Load from disk right arm

7. Load from disk right paw

8. Load from disk left arm

9. Load from disk left paw

Now the buny is done.

10. Load from disk dress flood fill with the dress fill at 50%.

Got to float cutout with #57273F shadow color. Vertical & Horizontal 0 - Other settings the same.

Load from disk shading. Flood fill with the color (#944468) and deselect.
Apply a Gaussian Blur of 5.00

11. Load from disk the hat. Flood fill with the dress fill at 50%.
Apply same cutout with blur at 15.

12 .Load from disk ruffle. Flood fill with the ruffle fill at 50 %.
Apply the same cutout.

Deselect.

Add a Drop Shadow- Color Black, Opacity 25, Blur 2.4, Vertical-1, Horizontal 0.

13. Load from disk pleats flood fill with ruffle fill at 50% and deselect.
Apply the same cutout ,changing the Opacity to 35 and Vertical to 0.
Apply the same drop shadow as above.

14. Now we need to make some detail for the hat.Go to your draw tool, freehand size 6,
color #944468 and draw a hatband on your hat.Use the same drop shadow.

15. Now open up the bow tub amd copy and paste a bow on the hat.

16. Load from disk sleeve cuffs , flood fill with white. Go to float cutout and use
the same setting but change the color to #FFC0C0.
Don't deslected go to cutout again and us -2 on ver and hor. Deslect.

17. Load from disk collar do the same thing as you did for the sleeve cuffs.

18. Open your bow tub and copy and paste a bow at her neck..

19. Now make detail on her ears paw and feet.

I used Size 2 - Color #A89978 - Gaussian Blur 1.5.
Move detail line for ear under hat.
Added a layer under it and sprayed a little pink #FFC0C0.

20. I put a bow at each foot..

That's it you are done. Now merge and save as a tub..
