I have mine at red white and blue but fell free to change the color for your country :o)
My flag is red white and blue but easy to make!
Open the canvas
Click on the ear layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel- ear-
flood fill with white and go to selection, invert, drop shadow. use these settings
vertical 1
horizontal 1
opacity 50
blur 14.8
color black
deselect
Click on inner ear layer. load from alpha channel inner ear. flood fill with color #D8BCCD deselect go to effect blur gaussian blue use 2.00
Click on legs layer- load from alpha channel-legs.
flood fill with color white and keep selected.use same drop shadow
deselect
Click on body layer. load from alpha channel body. flood fill with color white same drop shadow
deslect
Click on arms&hands- load from alpha channelarm&hands.
flood fill with white same drop shadow.
deselect
Click on head layer- load from alpha channel head.
flood fill with white same drop shadow.
deselect
Click on hat brim layer- load from alpha channel hat brim- flood fill with red
keep selected. go to selection invert and use
the same drop shadow
deslect
Click on hat middle layer. load from alpha channel- hat middle- flood fill with color #0000C0 blue
use same drop shadow
deslect
Click on hat top layer. load from alpha channel-hat top- flood fill with pattern at 75%
use same drop shadow
deslect
Click on vest. load from alpha channel- vest.
flood fill with color pattern at 70 %. invert and use the same drop shadows.
deslect
Click on front middle. load from alpha channel- front middle.
flood fill with color white. invert and use the same drop shadows.
deslect
Click on button layer. load from alpha channel- button flood fill with color white.
go to effect inner bevel ans use the pillow present. deslect go to color - adjust- brightness/ contrast use these setting
brightness 30
contast 2
Click on bow layer. load from alpha channel bow- flood fill with #0000BF blue. same drop shadow
deselect.
Click on bow middle layer. load from alpha channel bow middle- flood fill with blue . same drop shadow
deselect.might have to adgust a little
Now click on the ear layer go to eyecandy 3 jiggle use these settings
bubble size 5
warp amount 4
twist 5
brown motion
put the same giggle on the legs, body. arm&hands ,and head
Make a new layer call it detail use your draw took size 1 color black and draw in some toes and fingers only on left hand . go to effect blur gaussian blue use 2.00
click on your face layer ,adjust. you can use mine or make your own.
click on the flag layer or you can make your own
Oop i forgot the bunny tail. Make a new layer name it tail use your selection tool circle and make a circle flood fill with white no drop shadows but same jiggle , send to botton
