Independent Doll

Open all your tiles up in psp . 

Tile scale 100% angle 0 

Click on the hat back layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel-hat back - flood fill with the red tile. go to color-adjust - brightness /contrast -use -14 for brightness and 0 for contrast

Click on the hair back layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel hair back - flood fill with black or your chose of color deselect.

Click on the neck layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel neck  - flood fill with color #CBAA8D- go to selection float - go to effect cutout and use these setting

horizontal and vertical 1

opacity 100

blur 43.2

color #D4A880

 deselect

We are going to skip layers and go to the head and do the same procedure

Now go the L arm hand and R arm hand and do the same thing

Click on the dress layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel dress  - flood fill with the red tile  deselect

Click on the skirt ribbons layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel skirt ribbons  - flood fill with the white tile  deselect

Click on the skirt sides layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel skirt sides  - flood fill with the blue tile  deselect

Click on the top hair layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel top hair  - flood fill with the color black deselect

Click on the ribbon layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel  ribbon  - flood fill with the white tile  deselect

Click on the buttons layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel buttons  - flood fill with the white tile-go to effect inner bevel and use the angles preset  deselect

Click on the sleeves layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel buttons  - flood fill with the blue tile deselect

Click on the top hat layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel top hat- flood fill with the red tile deselect

Click on the ribbon hat layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel ribbon hat- flood fill with the red tile do to selection expand by 2 refill deselect

Click on the rim hat layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel rim hat- flood fill with the red tile deselect

Click on the ribbon 1 layer, go to selection- load from alpha channel  ribbon 1- flood fill with the white  tile- duplicate and mirror for the R sleeve and duplicate one for her hat -deselect

Then open the face psp images and paste as a new layer or you can make your own

Open the flag psp and paste as a new layer. I pull her hand and arm out so it look like she holding the flag

We are done , merge all layers variable and resize all layers 80% go to sharpen

I also use other tile and made a yellow dress doll , you can get my other color tiles Here
