I use a large image and resized at the end

Open up a new images 700 by 500

1. Load from disk neck flood fill with color # 5 select-modify by 2 flood fill with color #4 select float cutout use these setting

Vertical 2

Horizontal 2

Opacity 30

Blur 25

Color darker shade

2 load from disk head. Same procedures as above

3. Load from disk bottom hair flood fill with your choice of color I use black :-)

4. Load from disk hair top hair flood fill with your choice of color

5 load from disk top flood fill with white use same cutout

6. load from disk skirt flood fill with color #1 go to effect drop shadow use these setting

Veridical and horizontal 1

Opacity 50

Blur 6.2 color black

7 load from disk right sleeve flood file with color #1 float. Cut out use these setting

ver and hor 2

Opacity 30

Blue 25

Color #2 or#1F577C

8. Load from disk left sleeve same procedure

9. Load from disk right hand same procedure as the neck

10 load from disk left hand same as neck

11 load from disk right cuff same procedure as sleeve

12 load from disk left cuff same

13 open up flower for head and paste as a new layer and position on her head

14 make a layer and call skirt details and use you draw tool size 1 color #2 and draw some pleats in her dress. Go to effect blue- gaussian blur use 4.00

15. Add a new layer name sleeve detail same procedure and make a line in her two sleeves

same blue

16 load from disk left wing flood fill with white go to eye candy 4 use these setting

Fur

Direction 180

Density 80

Curl size 36.00

Curliness 75

Length pixels 36.00

Shadow color #C0C0C0

Add a new layer reload left wing select modify expand by 4 flood fill with white go to effect drop shadow use these setting

ver and hor 1

Opacity 50

Blur 6.2

move under left wing

Hide all layers and merge to two wings layers and sent to bottom

Duplicate the wing and mirror and position in place

17. Open up psp face and copy and paste face as a new image

18. Merge all layers visible.

Center the angle and resize her 96%
